A modernized approach to sustainability programming at Bonnaroo. The festival’s stakeholders and community were engaged in research and an opportunitify was identified: tapping into the creative potential of Bonnaroo’s nonprofit partners, who were not previously a target audience for communications. An experience strategy was created to build a sense of community for the nonprofits at Bonnaroo. It includes a messaging guide, design principles, and a welcome kit.
